He noted that in 2016, the Ukrainians were granted 20% more visas than in 2015. “last year the Ukrainians were about 80 thousand visas,” – said the representative of the Embassy.
Karasausks noted that Lithuanian Consulate is one of the most loyal when applying for a visa. According to him, 80% of the total number of visas issued is multiple-entry.
The Embassy believes that the increase in the number of permits issued can be associated with the increase of tourist flow. Now flights from Kiev to the capital of Lithuania Vilnius operated by airlines WizzAir and MAU. The bulk of travelers get into the country by air, said Guides, Karasausks.
