“The teacher of a kindergarten caused the child’s injuries in form of bruises. The cause of the aggressive behavior of an employee of the children’s institutions, according to preliminary data, was the failure by the child quiet time,” said Yulia Ivanova.

He also said that, according to parents, they first tried to resolve the issue with the management of the kindergarten, however, did not meet with understanding.
