Bike racks want to set near the capital’s schools, hospitals and cultural institutions.
According to the draft published on the website of the city Council, if the decision support at the plenary meeting, on 21 November, the bike racks will be installed until spring.
“The project will help to promote a healthy lifestyle, improve the quality of life, ecological state of the city and increase the attractiveness of the capital”, – stated in the explanatory note to the document.
