In Kiev on the results of unscheduled inspections of the transport regulations will be terminated agreements with two carriers.
So, for the period from November 9 was tested by 12 carriers, the violations and drafted legislation to routes №№ 201, 459, 421, 581, 464, 565, 518, 416.
In particular, the carriers do not exist, the protocols of passing of obligatory technical control of vehicles, temporary registration documents for vehicles, insurance policies, damaged seats, there are foreign objects in the cabin.
“To check illegal operators who went out on the trails №№ 238, 412, 597, 501, 507 despite the order of Department of transport infrastructure to close them, attracted by the Department of civil service of fight against economic crime in Kiev”, – said in the KSCA.
Also in the administration said about the need to amend the law to strengthen the responsibility of carriers for violation of requirements of safety of passenger traffic.
