In Kiev massively jam occurs because of the “heroes Park”

Autogamy block the movement of public transport.

Since the beginning of the year in Kiev “heroes Park” almost 300 times blocked the movement of trams and trolleybuses.

“From 1 January to 28 August 2017 289 fixed delay on routes of movement of public transport as a result of unauthorized Parking of private vehicles. 196 of them – on the trolley route and 93 on the tram routes. Over the same period last year, 199 fixed delay of public transport,” said acting Director of transport KP “Kyivpastrans” Sergey Litvinov.

According to him, the delay of public transport because of the “autoblow” lasts from 15 minutes to 3 hours.

We will remind, on Monday, August 7, in Kiev, the driver at rush hour stopped in the second lane and went about his business, blocking traffic 4 full trolleys. His actions, the offender explained succinctly: “I just really urgently needed”.
