Horror dominates the Critics’ Choice Awards!

Critics’ Choice Awards – this award, which is awarded to movies and TV shows in the voting critics and journalists from organizations, The Broadcast Film Critics Association and The Broadcast Television Journalists Association. 11 Jan 2018 23 will be held at the annual awards ceremony, and yet announced the list of nominees, where this time very, very rich mixture of horror and thrillers.

One of the main favorites and the leader on number of nominations was the film Guillermo Del Toro “Form of water”. Adequately represented and “Away” Jordan Saw, and in a TV segment of “our” is represented well. It is a pity that the main horror hit of the year – “It” – got only one nomination, and that not one of the most prestigious.

The best SF-movie or a horror movie – “blade Runner 2049”,, “Out”, “It”, “Shape of water”

Best soundtrack – Alexander Desplat (“water”)

Best series-drama – “Very strange things”

Best actor in a TV series-drama – Freddie Highmore (“Bates Motel”)

Best supporting actor in a TV series-drama – David harbour (“Very strange things”)

Best actor in a mini-series or television movie – Evan Peters (“American horror story: Cult”)
