Homemade cosmetics mint: a few recipes

Prepare mint remedies for skin care.

Mint leaves – a great addition to refreshing cocktails, salads and meat dishes.

However, according to experts, they are useful for the preparation of cosmetic products, suitable for summer

Mint contains active ingredients that help problem skin to lose tone:

Essential oil
Menthol,
Vitamin C smoothes the skin and tones it,
Vitamin a – improves elasticity,
Flavonoids – moisturize, support the regeneration of cells,
Tannins contribute to the healing process, relieve redness.

Mint tools are particularly useful for all skin types!

Facial toner
6 mint leaves, pour 60 ml of boiling water, to insist 1 hour. Pull out the leaves and add freshly squeezed juice of one cucumber. Store in a dark cool place for up to 5 days.

Mint body scrub
In equal proportions mix oatmeal and mint leaves, grind all in a blender. Add some milk and wait for swell. Add 5 drops of vitamin E. the Perfect scrub is ready!

Icy mint
1 bunch of mint wash and chop the maximum. Pour mint 250 ml of pure water and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice. Mix thoroughly and pour into molds for freezing.

Mask with mint for dry skin
Wash and dry 12 medium mint leaves, and pour 50 ml of boiling water. Leave to infuse for about 1 hour, and then give add 2 tea spoon of cream and 1 tea spoon semolina. Apply the prepared face after 15 minutes wash.

Mask for the eye area
