Hollywood diet: 2 weeks minus 7 kg

This diet is often used by Hollywood celebrities, hence the name.

In any diet the most important thing is the effect, which will get losing weight by the end of it and how it more noticeable, the better. Hollywood stars have to keep myself in shape, because to them TV screens watched by millions of people seeking to be the same as they are. Why are only brave Renee Zellweger, who for the sake of movie roles gained 20-30 pounds overweight, and then rapidly dumped them in between filming.

The Hollywood diet can not be called strict, although a lot of bans. The main purpose of this diet is to lose 7 pounds in two weeks while reducing the caloric content of food intake, and reduced complex carbohydrates and fats, whereby the weight will start to melt away.

Salt on the Hollywood diet is taboo. Probably, this method of food and therefore effective in terms of weight loss, that it can’t eat salt and sugar, because in this case excess fluid out of the body, eliminates swelling and one can observe a decrease in the volume and mass of my body after one week.

The base of the Hollywood diet are meat, fish, eggs, vegetables, fruits and herbs. All these products can be boiled, baked, steamed or grilled, but in any case do not cook and not smoke.

Hollywood diet will allow you to achieve a good result in losing weight, but to consolidate – you should limit the intake of salt and sugar in the future, and sticking to a small calorie deficit. Otherwise, all the lost weight back.
