Google introduced a new design for Google Maps (Google Maps). As the developers update aims to simplify for users to find important nearby places.
Depending on the selected mode maps, the app will highlight those objects that are relevant for him. For example, when the navigation is displayed filling stations along the route, and for route with public transport stops. Google has also updated the color scheme and added new icons for quick identification of objects on the map.
The new design of Google Maps will be implemented gradually on all related Google products, including search, voice assistant and Google Earth.
