The Greek diet is based on principles of good nutrition and a small caloric deficit, due to which the person who will stick to it, can slowly, but surely, losing excess weight.
Nutritionists say that to sit in the Greek diet throughout their life and remain slim and toned, but if there overweight it will gradually go away.
The main rule of the Greek diet is that the entire list of approved products is divided into three parts. Those in the first part should be consumed daily, the second group of products intended for use not more than 3 times a week, in the third a couple of times a month.
So, the first part of the foods of the Greek diet: cereals, beans, whole grain bread, pasta from durum wheat, milk, natural yogurt, cheese, vegetables, fruits, berries, olive oil, nuts, seeds.
These products are allowed to eat a few times a week: eggs, fish, seafood, dark chocolate.
The meat in the Greek diet belong to the third category, that is, one can eat only 2-3 times per month. Furthermore, you should choose only lean meats – chicken, beef, Turkey, rabbit, quail.
Be sure to drink about 2 liters of water in the Greek diet, then you will be able to drop 2-3 kilos per week. If you follow the rules of the Greek diet, the weight will go away forever, especially suitable for people who can’t seem to get rid of obesity or obese.
