Airport Poltava on March 26, will receive its first Charter flight with passengers on the Egyptian resort of Sharm El-Sheikh, which will be implemented systematically.

Flights will carry out low-cost SkyUp by order of tour operator Join UP! initially once a week on Tuesdays, and from 3 June – twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.

For flights from Poltava SkyUp uses both types of aircraft in the airline’s fleet, – 139-seater Boeing 737-700 and 189-seater Boeing 737-800.
This is the second attempt to launch Charter flights to the resorts of Poltava airport after completion of the repair terminal and airport air gate, held in 2018.
Last year the airport Poltava has announced the launch on may 2 regular Charter flights to Antalya on the aircraft of the airline Yanair by order of tour operator Join UP!
However, the first flight was postponed to may 9 due to poor ticket sales, scheduled for may 9, the flight was canceled because of the unavailability of the airport. Later, the tour operator was removed from the schedule direct flights from Poltava.
