Found a simple but effective way of falling asleep

Scientists came to an unexpected conclusion.

Japanese scientists conducted a study and found out it does actually sleep dose of alcohol consumed before leaving the bedroom. It turned out that alcohol really help people to fall asleep faster, but such a dream cannot be called healthy.

Many people drink some alcohol before going to sleep, in the mistaken belief that this will help to sleep and relax. However, the study showed that sleep after a glass of alcohol deep in the first half of the night, and the second becomes restless and disturbed. Thus, after drinking in the evening, people can Wake up earlier than usual, while not feeling fresh and rested.

In the course of her research, Japanese scientists set up an experiment on volunteers. People were given a bedtime dose of pure ethanol. And then during the night they measured the heart rate and the reactions of the nervous system.
