Social media users ridiculed a photo of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin with the border guards.
The photo was posted on Twitter journalist of the Kremlin pool of Dmitry Smirnov.
“Thank you for your honest service to the Motherland and the people,” Putin congratulated the servicemen on the Day of border guards”, – stated in the message.
The photo shows Vladimir Putin, who is stroking the edge a dog that is obviously upset by this fact.
