Who is against the additional 10 years of life? You will not find such a person.
1. Move.
Scientists have proven that a sedentary life in the office or at home – takes us 4 years of my life. So if you can’t afford a gym, do charge at least 10-15 minutes a day. No harm will pass one stop home or walking on weekends with dogs not to sit at the laptop.
2. Healthy eating and habits.
Smoking and alcohol never bring anything good – why do you believe that it will be the only benefit?
Nutrition stop frying food, and buy a steamer. The quality and taste will benefit from this.
3. Follow the indicators.
Pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol in the body can signal health problems so make it a habit to get checked out by your doctor.

4. Maintain a healthy weight.
For anybody not a secret that weight affects the cardiovascular system – we are talking about excessive and low weight. Try to keep weight on the “Golden middle” for a healthy body.
