People who love chocolate and are justified by the fact that black chocolate is beneficial, should reconsider its attitude to sweets, experts say.

For example, 40 grams of chocolate with 85% cocoa content carry 227 calories and 12 grams of saturated fat (60% of the daily value).
At the same time, the same amount of milk chocolate contains 210 calories and 7 grams of saturated fat (37% of the daily maximum). Based on these data, nutritionists do not recommend to consume per day more than 1-2 squares of chocolate. Better to pay attention to red apples.
