Doctors have called the most harmful products for the face

According to doctors, the main “enemies” of the skin are wine, sugar, milk and flour products.

Do you know how “recognized” dairy products, wine, gluten and sugar on your face? Expert skin care doctor Nigma Talib believes that the food and drink that consumes people tend to instantly “appear” on the face.

Over the years, including celebrities, Nygma noticed that the skin of the face can tell us a lot. It is therefore important to learn to identify SOS signals that our body sends.

Alcohol, lack of sleep and wrong will certainly have an affect on our face. In the “black list” of Nigma Talib were: wine (alcohol), milk and dairy products, gluten and sugar.

She was convinced that the cause of early wrinkles, acne, redness and other problems became these products.

1. Wine (and other alcohol)

Symptoms: aggravation of wrinkles, redness of the eyes or redness between the eyebrows (the projection area of the liver), drooping eyelids, dry dehydrated skin with enlarged pores, mesh incipient wrinkles, pink cheeks and nose, deep nasolabial folds.

What to do: to give up alcohol for at least 3 weeks to restore balance in the gut. If we are talking about the holiday or a friendly meeting, choose the dry wines, they contain less sugar and more useful.

2. Milk and dairy products

Symptoms: swollen eyelids, bags and dark circles under the eyes, spots and small white pimples and on my chin (the projection area of the reproductive organs).

Reason: One of the reasons is the poor digestibility of these products in some people. But there is another. One Cup of store-bought milk can contain more than two dozen hormones and chemical substances, among which natural and those which are included in the feed of cows (antibiotics, antifungals, growth promoters, analgesics). Such components can disrupt hormonal balance and cause increased growth of skin cells that block the pores.

What to do: give up dairy products for 3 weeks. Soon you will notice improvement.

3. Gluten (gluten free)

Symptoms: swollen red cheeks, dark spots and inflammation on my chin.

What to do: to give up foods containing gluten: grains, flour and pasta. Instead, eat foods that contains beneficial gut dietary fiber (bran, dried apricots, etc.). Drink more water to get rid of puffiness of the cheeks.

4. Sugar

Symptoms: wrinkles on the forehead (the projection area of the digestive system), sagging skin around the eyes, sallow face, gray or pale, thinning skin, acne can appear all over the face (and shoulders and chest). Some observations show that can poredet eyebrows, which is associated with increased load on the adrenal glands (production of insulin).

What to do: to refuse additional servings of sugar (cakes, biscuits, sugary fruit juices and soda, refined carbohydrates, products that have passed technological processing). You can start to reduce “sweet diet” in half, and then come to the minimum or zero “dose” of sugar.
