Doctors explained the age at which a person begins to age

Announced the results of the study.

Scientists from Harvard medical school found the age at which human skin begins to age. Experts note that the pace of aging may depend on nationality and lifestyle.

To determine the age when a person looks older, observation was carried out on 200 women.

The study lasted about two years, and helped to determine at what age human skin needs nutrients. Only experts have counted five key age periods age 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 years.

The first stage of aging starts at 20. Facial skin is particularly in dire need of antioxidants, which can be obtained using tools with green tea extracts and fruit acids. The second stage – 30 years.

At this time there is slowing of metabolic processes and the production of collagen. Skin needs nicotinamide or vitamin B3. 40 years of beauty tools should contain glycolic acid, retinol and peptides.

50 years to provide hydration to help different oils. After 60 years, important physical activity, as creams are becoming ineffective.
