The benefit of red wine was exposed experimentally. Previously it was thought that the benefits of one of the constituent elements – resveratrol. The volunteers who participated in the study during the month took an element in its pure form. Any changes in the cardio-vascular system of any of them was observed.
The study is owned by a Dutch scientist. On the basis of these results they suggested that the previously proven health benefits of wine and chocolate is just a myth.
At the moment scientists have studied the effects of cocoa on the human body. In the process of scientific work will be confirmed or rejected its previously announced positive influence.
