Diet in Italian: how to eat well without gaining weight

The most important rule of the Italians – getting pleasure from the process of eating, the enjoyment of them.

The Italian diet is that the diet must include olive and cheese.

At the same time, the olives will not only be faster to get back in shape, but also normalize the gastrointestinal tract.

The Italians have long used diet on olives and hard cheese and claim that it helps to get rid of 2-3 kilos in just a couple of days.

Diet the Italian diet every day

On an empty stomach eat a dozen olives or drink a tablespoon of olive oil.

For Breakfast and lunch – a salad of vegetables and herbs, dressed with olive oil.

Lunch and dinner should consist of cheese. You can drink non-carbonated water.

And just to return to normal weight, start the day with olives or olive oil. So, before Breakfast, on an empty stomach, eat 11-12 olives, or drink one tablespoon of olive oil (prefer extra virgin oil of olives).
