Chinese scientists conducted a study and came to the conclusion that chili is the best product for longevity.
Their experiment lasted for seven years. Participants in the study were approximately 500 thousand people aged 30 to 79 years.
Observations showed Chinese experts, people who consume spicy food the risk of cardiovascular, cancer and respiratory diseases was much lower than those who did not use.
Scientists explain that the chili pepper contains a substance kapsatsin that has a strong anti-inflammatory properties. This substance also in small amounts improves the production of mucus that helps to protect the mucous membranes of the body and positively affects digestion.
In addition, the chili pepper contains a number of useful vitamins and minerals: carotene, thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Niacin (B3), vitamin C, folic acid (B9), magnesium, copper, manganese, etc.
Eating chili peppers helps to enhance the production of endorphins, therefore, spicy foods should be included in the diet in winter, when many acute seasonal depression. Also soup with chilli helps to better endure the hot weather and reduces the risk of poisoning.
