Belated Amityville Horror

This, of course, a rare case, and indeed the story of the premiere of the film “the Amityville Horror: the Awakening” (Amityville: The Awakening) is not amenable to rational explanation. The movie was filmed in 2014 (!) year, but the release was constantly postponed, so that in the end, the world premiere happened on 20 July 2017… in Russia!

And in the Russian hire the film is acted quite well, raising over 88 million rubles in the minimum of advertising and a serious lack of “stars” in the cast.

Thus, domestic horror fans were able to see “the Amityville Horror: the Awakening” MUCH earlier than viewers in the United States. At home the company Dimension Films finally released the film in limited release on October 28, and November 14, the movie will appear on Blu Ray, DVD, Digital HD and VOD services due to distributor Lionsgate Home Entertainment. As a bonus BR/DVD edition attached ficaretta about making the film, although, as for me, I wish they were doing a documentary about why so long did not release “the Awakening” was released.

Belle, her little sister and comatose twin brother move with a single mother Joan in a new house, to save money and be able to pay for the expensive treatment of his brother. And soon she realizes that they moved into a house with a bad reputation, not for the reason that it was called a mother before.
