An effective method to lose weight by 2-3 kg over the weekend

An afternoon snack. Fresh grapefruit or a glass of natural home-made yoghurt.

Dinner. Baked with vegetables lean fish or vegetable broth. Preferably the dishes are less salt.

Don’t forget to drink water in an amount of from 1.5 to 3 liters, depending on how much your body requires.
