Spring is a delicious cocktail of grapefruit and mint is a great tool for toning the body and strengthening the immune system.
Ingredients:
6-8 mint leaves;
1 red grapefruit;
2 handfuls of frozen strawberries;
1 piece of fresh ginger;
1 Teaspoon of vanilla sugar;
200 g of water.
The cooking process:
1. Wash well the fruits and berries.
2. Cut them into small pieces. Grapefruit peel from the skin.
3. Mix in a blender all the ingredients.
4. At the end add the mint leaves.
