We often overeat not because they really want to eat, but because all my life we have a lot of habits that compel us to do so.
In fact, they are easy to eradicate, unless, of course, to pay attention to them. Here are a few ways to eat less and lose weight.
To think while eating
Forget about mindlessly eating in front of computer or TV. Carefully chew your food, carefully choose products which are going to cook. Some nutritionists even suggest to eat with chopsticks or inactive hand.
To hug and kiss
Scientists have shown that hugs and kisses are very nice and helpful for our body and overall health. While the body produces the hormone oxytocin, which is responsible for our metabolism and appetite.
Of the company
Studies show that women tend to consume less food if you eat in the company of slim people or attractive men.
Aromatherapy
Oil of anise, rose or lavender calm the nervous system, and therefore I warn you of emotional overeating, which often leads us to work. Also help the smell of vanilla and mint — they reduce the feeling of hunger.
Not to sit still
Without sports in our lives anywhere. Scientists have repeatedly proven that physical activity reduces appetite and people who are constantly doing, eating less. The fact is that aerobic exercise increases the level of sugar in the blood, causing the feeling of hunger is reduced.
Eating protein
We all know that protein is able to keep from overeating, because it helps to preserve a feeling of satiety. Nutritionists advise to include in your Breakfast protein foods, because in the first half of the day our body especially needs strength and energy.
To dress warmly
Our body often spends a lot of energy to heat the body, so in the winter we want to eat more. Warm clothing and comfortable temperature in the premises will save calories by heating the body and eliminates the need to fill energy reserves.
