Zozulya and Malinowski were not included in the application for the match with Croatia

The head coach of the national team of Ukraine Andriy Shevchenko turned four players into the squad for today’s match against Croatia.

Croats will not play defenders Artem Fedetskiy (“Darmstadt”, Germany) and Serhiy Kryvtsov (Shakhtar), midfielder Ruslan Malinovskiy (Genk, Belgium) and forward Roman Zozulia (real Betis, Spain”)

Of this Quartet the best chance to take the field was Ruslan Malinovsky, however, the graduate of Shakhtar before the match, caught a fever, which ruled out his participation in the qualifying match with Croatia.

Application of the Ukrainian team for the match against Croatia:

Goalkeepers: Andriy Pyatov, Nikita Shevchenko (both – Shakhtar), Denis Boyko (málaga, Spain).

Defence: Bohdan Butko, Ivan Ordets, Yaroslav Rakitskiy, Oleksandr Kucher (Shakhtar), Nicholas Matvienko (“Carpathians”), Mykola Morozyuk (FC Dynamo).

Midfielders: Taras Stepanenko, Viktor Kovalenko, Maksym Malyshev (Shakhtar Donetsk), Andriy Yarmolenko, Serhiy sydorchuk, Victor Tsygankov (“Dynamo”), Eugene Shakhov (PAOK, Greece), Eugene Konoplyanka (Schalke, Germany), Oleksandr Zinchenko (PSV, Netherlands), Ivan Petryak (“dawn”), Ruslan rotan (Dnipro).

Forwards: Evhen Seleznyov (“Karabukspor”, Turkey), Artem Kravets (Granada, Spain), Artem Besedin (“Dynamo”).

Because of the two injured (Vedran Corluka and Sime vrsaljko) in the application of Croatia a total of 20 players, including the main stars of the team – Luka Modric, Ivan Rakitic and Mario Mandzukic.

Match Croatia – Ukraine will begin in Zagreb at 21:45 Kyiv time.
