This was stated by the coordinator ZE!Teams in the regions, Alexander Kornienko.
“Our goal is to minimize the time from the moment you hear the number of results counting of votes in the precinct that is announced aloud, to the moment when the results will be known all over Ukraine. Now it could be about an hour more than an hour, and what happens is nobody knows. Something might happen at the polling station, on the way from the site to the County Commission,” he said.
In turn, the expert in the field of information technology Alexander Olshansky spoke about the existing system, which is a database developed for geolocation, where are all the sources of open data.
“Is there data about how much each school has, how much each hospital doctors, how many pensioners in some areas, how much of the taxes collected. Only data sources 300 thousand, all open registers of the district administration”, – he said.
