Supervisory Board of the Russian anti-doping Agency (RUSADA) encouraged the founders to consider the question of dismissal of the General Director of the organization Yuri Hanusa. This was reported by TASS member of the Supervisory Board of RUSADA Sergei Khrychikov.
“The Supervisory Board recommended to consider the dismissal of Yuriy Hanusa”, – said the Agency interlocutor.
In mid-July was published an audit report that identified “significant violations of financial activities” RUSADA whose position in the issue of doping violations in Russia is contrary to the policy of government agencies.
The audit was initiated by the founders of RUSADA winter Olympic and Paralympic committees of Russia. The results of the audit was submitted to the Supervisory Board of RUSADA, which was to analyze the nature of violations and react in the framework of their powers.
On the website of RUSADA, in turn, published the answers to the accusations and objections of the organization. In particular, the report on results of audit there called false, because “the auditors did not use all the available accounting documents RUSADA”.
The head of RUSADA Yuri Hanus stated his disagreement with the conclusions of the auditors. He has previously denied accusations of corruption and suggested that “detractors of the upper echelons” initiated attempts to discredit the Agency and him personally.
The website with the arguments Hanusa hacked, and the CEO fears seriously extreme scenario in which it will be physically liquidated by the Russian special services, sharing the fate of their predecessors in office.
