Mariupol Maxim Herbut in the U.S. has created a startup PassivDom, which prints at home on a 3D printer.

Robot manipulators are printing a whole house in one detail: the walls, ground, roof. Further mounted all communications, warm, Windows and doors, the accommodation is decorated and heralded furniture and electronics. The house is equipped with “smart” systems: dispatch, control of air, water filtration, and the like.
PassivDom also have an extremely low heat loss. House design with a wall thickness of 20 cm is able to maintain the same amount of heat buildings constructed of brick with thick walls 7m. To heat your home in winter or cooling in summer, enough electricity produced by the solar panels on the roof.
PassivDom already received more than 8,000 pre-orders in the US.
In January, the first hundred people will live in these homes – they will test and will receive a discount on your purchase. Prices start from $ 65 000 for a one-bedroom house and $ 97 000 for a one bedroom. The furniture and all the technical stuffing of the “smart home” are included.
With the new year will start operating a plant for the production of these houses in Reno (Nevada), in the same city is a Tesla Motors factory to produce batteries.
