The acting Head of the Republic announced the start of personnel of the competition “Leaders of Bashkortostan”. This radium Khabirov wrote on his Facebook page, reports the website Newsbash.ru.
“Today, we are launching a very important new project. We need it like air because any Manager always has two problems – where to find skilled employees and how to fend off pesky unskilled. For both we hold the contest “the Leaders of Bashkortostan”. The purpose of the project is to ensure equitable selection of candidates, without nepotism and corruption. So we learned, finally, to establish procedures enabling the talent initiative, but without any informal support to move forward.”
The head of the region said that the finals will be broadcast live BST. The results will be selected the 100 best participants.
