A penalty is imposed for illegal rental.
With Ukrtelecom to the state budget collected more than 1 million UAH. About it reports RIA Novosti news Agency-Ukraine with reference to the press service of the Prosecutor of the capital. It is noted that the amount collected under the claim of the Kyiv local Prosecutor’s office No. 2.
As it became known, in 2013, OJSC “Ukrtelecom” has received in rent for a period of 2 years the premises of the secondary school at Knyazhiy Zaton str total area of about 70 sq. m.
However, after the completion of the rental period the company has not returned premises, and continued to use them for official purposes.
Given these violations, the local Prosecutor’s office appealed to Economic court of Kiev on the recovery of the society’s funds for the late return of the lease object, as well as charges for the actual use of them.
In addition, the execution is a court’s decision to vacate the premises of the school from illegal use.
