The economic court of Kiev satisfied the petition of the AMC and the Executive service of the Ministry of justice.
The economic court of Kiev changed the way of execution of court decisions on the recovery of Russia’s Gazprom a fine of $ 171 billion, to include foreclosure on all property of the debtor.
This was announced by the Minister of justice of Ukraine Pavel Petrenko.
“The economic court of Kyiv satisfied the petition of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and Executive service of the Ministry of justice and changed the method of execution of the judgment on the penalty Gazprom penalty in 171 billion. Simply put, if still it was possible to recover only the funds of Gazprom, located in the banks, but now the penalty applies to all assets of the debtor,” wrote Petrenko on his page on Facebook, calling the decision of the court “Peremoga”.
The Minister added that in accordance with the procedures of this court decision must be published in a few days.
