Wild nature the best photos in National Geographic. Photo

They claim to victory in the prestigious contest.

Renowned publication National Geographic has published new pictures of the contenders to win the annual photo contest Nature Photographer Of The Year 2017. In the photos, as always, you can find incredible flora and fauna of different continents of the world.

Participants sent vivid pictures of more than one hundred countries on which to see the uniqueness and beauty of the planet. The contest accepts photos in four categories: “wildlife”, “Landscapes”, “Underwater photography” and “Aerial footage”.

The publication notes that the winner of the contest will receive 7.5 thousand dollars, but participants of other prizes to win on 2,5 thousand dollars. Photo contest National Geographic Nature Photographer Of The Year long aims to showcase the beauty and diversity of nature and the animal world, as well as to attract public attention to ecological problems of the environment.
