Santa Claus and the wheel

On the Kontraktova square you can visit a Christmas fair “winter Fairytale at the hem.” Here 31 Dec promise an unusual interactive program. 19:00 – concerts and performances on stage, and after midnight comes the real Santa Claus, who will hold a lot of interesting contests. No gifts will not do.

In addition, on Kontraktova square has built the largest ice arena with an area of 800 sq. m. – on 31 December there will be performances by artists, skaters. Christmas disco

To celebrate the New year in “small Town Santa” at Lesya Ukrainka square near the main Christmas tree of the Pechersk district. The night of December 31 for the visitors here will hold a disco, will host the street food festival, for families with children will arrange competitions.

The bright New year celebration will be held at St. Michael and St. Sophia square near the main tree of the country from 21:00 on 31 December to 2:00 on 1 January. For dessert, promise a light show that will create with the help of 4 km of garlands and 200 lanterns. In the Vladimir passage, you can attend the festival of illuminations, which presents more than three dozen luminous sculptures (ticket price — UAH 30 for adults, 10 UAH for children). Concerts on the square will take place on 1 and 2 January from 18:00 to 22:00.

How to get

The work of the underground and ground transport in new year’s eve will be extended until 4-5 am. The funicular will work around the clock, and there are regular night buses. But the movement near the town of Sofia will be completely blocked.
