Omeljan promised in four years to fully restore the highway.
For 4 years in Ukraine will be fully restored road highway, and the funding of repair and construction of roads will increase annually. This was stated by Minister of infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian during the inspection of the road construction T-15-08 “Kalinovka-Snigirevka-Bereznegovatoye” in nikolayevshchina.
“Next year, we expect UAH 33 billion for the construction of roads from the road Fund. By 2020, this amount should be doubled. According to our calculations, in the financing of 50 billion a year we will restore the road after 4 years,” said Omeljan.
He also noted that he has in mind the construction of highways, because it’s other calculations.
“In the Ukrainian reality it is 1 million euros per kilometer, so long as this speech does not go”, – said the Minister.
He also recalled that in 2017, the amount for repair of roads is 20 billion, but in the past it was only UAH 10 billion.
The Minister also expressed confidence that the roads will be built and financed by local communities.
