It plans to launch before the end of the year, and testing will begin in India.
Center for development of mobile payment service messenger will be in London. Also among its tasks will be to develop products for user security and spam detection.
The company expects that payment of the WhatsApp service will primarily serve the residents of the countries where the app is popular, for example, in the UK.
