Also, the law sets the excise tax on wine, which were not previously taxed. Now an exception will be made only for those wine materials, which are used for making distillates. With the rest of the tax will be levied at the rate of 31 rubles per liter (32 and 33 of the ruble in 2021 and 2022 years).
The excise tax will apply to the grapes used to produce wine and sparkling wine, liqueur wine and alcohol produced by full cycle. From 2020 to 2022 it will annually rise on the ruble will increase from 30 to 32 rubles.
The law is aimed at supporting domestic producers, however, due to the lack of Russian materials the new rules could lead to an increase in retail prices of wine, experts say. In the end, according to their estimates, the growth of prices for Russian and imported wines can range from five to ten percent.
More expensive cars
This is due to the increase in the rates of utilization fee. This decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
The maximum increase occurs in the segment of passenger cars and average 110.7 percent. While much will depend on the capacity of the particular vehicle. At the same time, the Ministry of industry and trade do not expect a sharp rise in the price of the car. They said that to keep the price of Russian cars would help the state support measures, and the imported share of index utilization fee is only two to five percent.
