What happens if every day to eat green leafy vegetables

Green leafy vegetables like spinach, cabbage and lettuce should be present in the plate of a person. If you eat them every day, you will be able to slow aging of the human brain and prevent dementia.

So, the people who almost never consumed green leafy vegetables for 10 years, showed a stronger cognitive decline than people who are actively consuming vegetables. The difference between the two groups were comparable with 11 years of brain aging.
