If you start to list the list of horror films of the 21st century, which has already become a cult (as I did in the article to DARKER), then there’s bound to Shine “the Babadook”. A film by Jennifer Kent, though not perfect, but catches frightening and disturbing atmosphere a hundred out of ten. Still – himself William Friedkin admitted that he had never seen a more terrible movie.
Praise for this is not only a confident Director Kent and the title monster, but also eerie, piercing soundtrack that the picture presented by the composer jed Kurzel (his name can be found on the corresponding position even in the movies “Alien: Testament” and “assassin’s Creed”). Appreciated the music and in the Studio Waxwork Records. As a result, their submission to the soundtrack of “the Babadook” for 8 December will be available on vinyl, for true connoisseurs.
