Swiss tennis player Stan Wawrinka won a dramatic, marathon match against Andy Murray and reached the final the Open championship of France.
In personal meetings Murray was leading 10:7, but were favourites Wawrinka on the way to the semifinals, did not lose a single set. The champion of Roland Garros, 2015 confirmed the expectations of the bookmakers, although during the match all went to the victory of the Scottish.
During the first set, Wawrinka led 5:3, but admitted the tie-break, and in the 13th game of missed a set-bol and allowed Murray to take the lead. In the second set Wawrinka with the score 2:2 has played a break point, and then double-took the opponent’s serve and evened the score.
During third party bad tennis players held his serve. Wawrinka was leading 3:0, but managed to ruin the ending of Seth and was one step away from relegation from the tournament.
In the fourth game Murray repeatedly hinted opponent in the decisive break, but Wawrinka survived, and in the tiebreak he added and turned the game in the fifth set. By the time the players spent on court more than four hours.
The deciding set to Stan Wawrinka became a formality – the Swiss caught the spirit and easily finished off Murray. Wawrinka will play in the final of the tournament series Grand slam, and his last opponent will be the winner of the match between Rafael Nadal and Dominic Tim.
