As the press service of the Ministry of health of the Novosibirsk region, two minors – child 10 years and boy 17 years old – suffered serious burns, annealing leads using flammable liquids for subsequent delivery in point of reception of metal.
All circumstances of incident now set law enforcement. It is known that 10-year-old child received burns to 20-25 percent of his body in the face, neck, hands and chest. 17-year-old boy tried to take him down and the flames also suffered, though to a lesser degree. Both victims sent to burn center, where he was placed in intensive care.
“In the course of the audit it was established that four young children while in the garage cooperative Dzerzhinsky district, with the use of flammable liquids produce a firing wire for subsequent delivery in point of reception of metal. As a result of careless handling of liquid two children burned”, – quotes words of the representative of the regional Investigative Committee, the Agency TASS.
