Voted for amendments to the Constitution co-founder of the “Yabloko” left the party

Lukin along with Yavlinsky and Yury Boldyrev has headed izbiratelnoi Association “Yavlinsky — Boldyrev — Lukin” on elections in the state Duma of the first convocation in December 1993.
