Volvo has announced the launch of the programme on rental cars for students. Talking about foreign students who study in the US, the Swedish brand will offer them to take the car for a time under the simplified scheme.
The program is called the International Student Program and involves the issuance of new Volvo models. In order to use the service, it is sufficient to have a driving license of their country and an international driving permit, a valid student visa, a document from the educational institution and a passport.
Participants will be able to contact the nearest dealership of the brands that fall under the program, and choose a car from several proposed.
The rent will be charged once, but the specific price was not announced. The car provided insurance, limited mileage default is 15 thousand miles (24 million kilometers), but the figure may be modified in individual cases.
