German automaker Volkswagen is in talks to buy a stake in the largest Russian manufacturer of light commercial vehicles GAZ Group. This was reported by sources familiar with the negotiations.
As noted, about the negotiations told the newspaper six sources in the industry, in the financial market and close to the negotiations, without specifying what share.
“The negotiations are going. It is possible to change ownership structure”, – said the Russian official on condition of anonymity, without specifying details.
