Company Volkswagen has distributed details about the two-story house on wheels, built on the basis of the van Crafter. The car was presented in early August, but there were no images of the interior and details of his device.
The caravan has a kitchen with sink, four-foot folding table, gas stove with two burners and two 50-litre fridge (including one four-liter freezer), shower room with toilet and a water heater (it has its own floor and in an unused state “folded” in half, freeing up space in the cabin), sleeps on the ground floor and one double bed on the second. Water tank – 140 litres, for gas 37 liters, waste – 90 litres.
The bed on the ground floor is formed, can be heated and cooled using the ventilation system. Its length is two meters, width – 1.7 meters, and the top features a panoramic roof. In addition, there are rear projector. The cabin is fitted with nine sockets for 220-volt, six USB ports and atmospheric lighting with touch control. Vehicle systems can be controlled via app for smartphone or iPad.
