The administration of the social network Vkontakte said that the last resource has become the most popular website in Ukraine. This is stated on the group page VK Ukraine.
Yesterday, President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree banning Russian sites in Ukraine. In the list, except for Vkontakte, Classmates got, Mail.ru, Yandex and others.
“Yesterday, our social network has become the most popular Internet resource in the country”, – stated in the message.
It is noted that Vkontakte has set a new record in Ukraine: 18 million unique visitors per day – two million more than last record.
