A few days ago, the social network Vkontakte allowed to edit their own messages sent in personal correspondence, and today it is possible to remove the sent message not only on themselves but also the interlocutor.
Thus, something or other unsolicited message sent by mistake can be removed without the permission of the subscriber, but with one caveat. Deletion of messages will be available within 24 hours of submission after the specified time, it will remain to exist exactly as long as the person does not deign yourself to clean the history of the conversation, and some people can store it for years.
In short, if you write messages in the future you may be compromised, delete them immediately, so you do not worry on their account. Note that this function is not new: all of the most popular instant messengers it already is, in particular, in Viber and WhatApp, so its appearance in Facebook, it was only a matter of time. This is one of the few truly useful innovations in a social network – this year it is, we recall, has reduced the time listening to music in the background from infinity to 30 minutes a day and offered to pay for the endless audition for 150 rubles a month.
