Virgin Hyperloop One broke up the capsule to 387 km/h

Thanks to magnetic levitation, the capsule hovered over the test track.

Engineers Virgin Hyperloop One managed to disperse the capsule bullet train up to 240 miles per hour, that is, to 387 km/h.

The record was set at the test site in the desert of Nevada, North of Las Vegas.

The 8.5-foot truck has developed such a speed on the segment with a length of 487 metres. Part of the track was created almost airless environment – approximately the same pressure is maintained at a height of 60 miles above sea level. Thanks to magnetic levitation, the capsule hovered over the test track.

In addition, Virgin Hyperloop One has confirmed the rumor that Richard Branson was named Chairman of the company. The founder of Virgin Group, joined the company’s Board of Directors in October of this year and invested enough to Hyperloop One was renamed Virgin Hyperloop One.
