In China, the father hung his seven year old son on a rope over a river to get him to do math homework.

Witnesses of the incident not only did not stop the man, but on the contrary, laughed at what is happening.

Video of the incident captured in Meishan of Sichuan province in southwest China, appeared on the Internet on February 27. The record shows that the father ties him up with rope and pushes him off the parapet to the water.
