In summer, the developers of Dontnod threatened to release the action-RPG Vampyr in November this year, but, as usual, promised three-year wait – will have to wait and vampire.
Today it was announced that “for technical reasons” the release is postponed for the spring of 2018. As explained by the CEO of the company Dontnod Entertainment Oscar Gilbert (Oskar Guilbert) a few weeks ago programmers discovered some problem. What kind of bug popped out – not specified, but in the end almost completed work had to continue. In any case the resulting delay, the developers will have more time to Polish their creation.
Vampyr is a roleplay about vampires, which is set after the First World war. The main role in the game play a former military doctor Jonathan Reid, who after returning from the front, walking the gloomy streets of London, becomes the victim of a vampire and he turns into a dangerous predator, which, however, has kept his mind and tries to create a cure for the raging Spaniard, not becoming the monster completely.
