“Today, around 11:00 in Vinnitsa in the street. two unknown men threw the explosive object in the room of a clothing store, causing the fire started. According to preliminary data, they drove to the store two for the Suzuki blue and white colours. The driver and passenger were wearing motorcycle helmets blue. At the moment when an employee of the store opened the room, one of the men sprayed an unknown substance in her face. The other suspect threw an explosive in the door of the store. Then both fled on a motorcycle.
After the call to the line 102 at the scene, law enforcement officers left and “fast”.
The shop worker received medical treatment, her life threatens nothing. As a result of incident nobody has suffered. Firefighters quickly contained and extinguished the fire.
The police introduced the plan “Interception” to apprehend violators.
The actions of two individuals perceive the grounds of an offense under part 4 St. 296 criminal code of Ukraine (hooliganism). The offence is punishable with imprisonment for a term of three to seven years.
